Which Bit Apps plugins would you combine for WooCommerce customer onboarding?

I want a customer journey that starts after a paid order, adds the buyer to CRM, sends internal notifications, collects onboarding details, and gives the customer a quick support channel. I am considering Bit Flows, Bit CRM, Bit Form, Bit SMTP, and Bit Assist together.

I would keep the behavior explicit rather than automatic. A clear setting plus a visible status in the interface is easier to troubleshoot, especially when several team members or integrations are involved.

Thanks. I tested that direction on this staging community. The main thing I want to confirm now is whether the interface makes the state obvious without needing to inspect logs or hidden settings.
