Send one Fluent Forms submission to multiple destinations

I need one submission to update a CRM, append a row in Google Sheets, and send a custom webhook. Should I create three separate integrations or is there a cleaner pattern that keeps the actions together?

I would test this in two passes. First verify the source event and raw payload, then add the condition or mapping. Keep the first run small and inspect the result at each step; that usually shows whether the issue is in WordPress or the remote service.

Thanks. I tested that direction on this staging community. The main thing I want to confirm now is whether the interface makes the state obvious without needing to inspect logs or hidden settings.

We use a similar setup on a client site. The biggest improvement was keeping one small test case for each integration so we can isolate a problem before changing the full workflow.
