CRM permissions for sales reps who should only see their own deals

We need several sales reps inside WordPress, but each person should see only contacts and deals assigned to them. Managers should see the full pipeline. How granular are the current Bit CRM permissions?

I would keep the behavior explicit rather than automatic. A clear setting plus a visible status in the interface is easier to troubleshoot, especially when several team members or integrations are involved.

Thanks. I tested that direction on this staging community. The main thing I want to confirm now is whether the interface makes the state obvious without needing to inspect logs or hidden settings.

That makes sense. I would also test the same flow once as a normal member and once as an administrator or moderator, because permission differences can make a working feature look inconsistent.
